Russia uses five airfields in the occupied Crimea, two of which were hit, reducing their operations to a minimum.
The spokesman of the Naval Forces, Dmytro Pletenchuk, has stated this on the air of the United News telethon.
He noted that two of these airfields no longer have the load they had at the start of a full-scale invasion "due to the fact that these units were lost."
"Actually, the activity of two out of five airfields has been minimized. It would be possible to use more airfields. In principle, there are many similar facilities in Crimea, but these are used," the spokesman said.
The enemy sometimes, for some tactical reasons, does not want to redeploy aviation somewhere on the mainland of the russian federation, so they continue to use the Crimean airfields, Pletenchuk added.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the russian submarine missile carrier performs the function of patrolling in the Black Sea.
The Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces gave an explanation on the number of russian ships already sunk by Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Navy also announced that russian forces continue to use only submarines in the waters of the Black Sea.
