The chairman of the Mejlis, a former member of the Verkhovna Rada, Refat Chubarov, offers the russian opposition to build Russia Without Putin in the liberated areas of the Kursk Oblast.
He wrote about this on his Facebook page, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"... I don't see any obstacles for representatives of the russian opposition, who are fighting for a Russia Without Putin, to immediately start building a "beautiful russia of the future" in the liberated territory: organizing local administrations, preparing schools for children's education, etc.," he wrote.
In his opinion, it is necessary to organize the lives of those people who remain in their homes in the liberated settlements, as well as to ensure public order and protect the homes and property of those who have left but may return soon.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Kursk Oblast (russia).
Currently, Ukrainian forces control about 1,000 square kilometers of the territory of the russian federation.
