During the last week, the aggressor country russia launched more than 30 missiles and 800 guided aerial bombs on Ukraine.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, announced this on his Telegram channel.
"This week alone, the russian army hit with more than 30 missiles and more than 800 guided aerial bombs," Zelenskyy said.
He emphasized that the russians do not have any geographical restrictions on the use of such weapons - from the first days of the full-scale war, the entire territory of Ukraine is under threat of constant strikes.
"Ukrainians are grateful to all our partners who help with air defense systems and combat aviation. But to really stop Russian terror, we need not only a full-fledged air shield that will protect all our cities and communities, but also strong decisions by partners - decisions that will remove restrictions on our defensive actions. When Ukrainian long-range will have no limits, this war will definitely get a limit - we will really bring it closer to its just end," the President said.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of August 11, the russians attacked with 4 ballistic missiles and 57 attack UAVs of the Shahed type. Air defense forces shot down 53 drones.
