The photo of a "document" circulating on the Internet about the decision to join the city of Sudzha and the Sudzha district of the Kursk Oblast of the russian federation to the Sumy district of Ukraine is a fake.
This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation.
Thus, a photo of a document allegedly about the decision of the Sumy District Council to join the city of Sudzha and the Sudzha district of the russian federation to the Sumy district is being circulated on the Internet, in particular on Telegram channels.
"The distributed document is a forgery. The official notification from the Sumy District Council confirms that such decisions were not made, and the information being distributed is a fake," the department emphasizes.
The Center for Countering Disinformation urged to trust only verified sources of information.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the russian mass media write that the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are conducting an offensive in the Kursk Oblast of the russian federation, allegedly occupied the outskirts of Sudzha and approached Korenevo.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine allegedly took control of the Sudzha gas measuring station, through which gas is transited to Europe via Ukraine.
