The troops of the russian federation began moving personnel from the Luhansk Region to the Starytsia settlement of the Kharkiv Region, which is not far from the border with russia.
Colonel Vitalii Sarantsev, the spokesman of Kharkiv Operational and Tactical Group (OTG), said this on the air of the United News telethon.
"The transfer of enemy personnel from the Luhansk Region - the 22nd motorized rifle battalion - has begun to the Starytsia area. The situation is becoming more difficult, but we are ready for any developments," Vitalii Sarantsev said.
The spokesman emphasized that the occupiers have not finally abandoned their plans and will try to advance both to Kharkiv and through Vovchansk to the rear of our defenders in the Kupyansk Axis.
"Therefore, of course, we must be ready for any development. The enemy will try to find gaps in our defense," he added.
Vitalii Sarantsev also noted that the russians are strengthening combat posts, means of communication, and the management system on their border territory, not far from Sotnytskyi Kozachok in the Kharkiv Region. There is also a reinforcement of personnel in the Vovchansk Axis.
