27 members of the Verkhovna Rada have suggested that the Rada change the rules of the eVidnovlennia (eRecovery) program.
This is stated in bill No. 11444, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The author of the bill, head of the Servant of the People party, Olena Shuliak, told on her Telegram channel what changes are proposed:
- abolition of the need to pay a fee for mandatory state pension insurance by citizens of Ukraine who purchase real estate using compensation for a destroyed real estate object;
- abolition of the need to survey real estate objects located in the territory unsuitable for life;
- introducing the possibility of using compensation for a destroyed real estate object to repay a loan for the purchase of a residential real estate object (including investment/financing of its construction), the land plot on which such an object is located, shares in the ownership of such property;
- creation of additional tools for combating abuse of the program.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Verkhovna Rada allowed compensation to be paid to owners of housing damaged as a result of russian aggression, who repaired it at their own expense.
