Ukraine’s Defense Forces talk about fire at oil depot in Kursk Region

On the night of July 30, a fire broke out at the oil depot "Logistics Center No. 43" in the village of Vozy, Kursk Region of the russian federation. The fire started after an attack by the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

The press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The strike was carried out by the forces and means of the SSU in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces.

They do not specify how exactly the blow was struck, but a large-scale fire started after it.

The General Staff did not share the details of the fire, but the local authorities announced at night about the work of air defense and the downing of several missiles.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 29, there were 149 combat clashes at the front, the hottest axis was Pokrovsk, where 52 clashes took place in a day, and the enemy also actively attacked on the Kurakhove axis.

The losses of the army of the aggressor country of the russian federation in the war in Ukraine as of the morning of July 30 amount to 577,060 people. In particular, over the last day, the Armed Forces destroyed 1,060 invaders and 46 artillery systems.
