Russia loses over 1,000 invaders and 13 tanks – General Staff

On July 27, the russian invaders lost another 1,180 soldiers and 13 tanks in the war in Ukraine.

This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to July 28, 2024, amounted to:

  • personnel - about 574,690 (+1,180);
  • tanks – 8,344 (+13) units;
  • armored combat vehicles - 16,095 (+21) units;
  • artillery systems - 15,936 (+51) units;
  • MLRS – 1,127 (+2) units;
  • air defense equipment - 906 (+1) units;
  • planes - 363 units;
  • helicopters - 326 units;
  • UAVs of operational-tactical level - 12,766 (+30) units;
  • cruise missiles – 2,405 (+2) units;
  • ships/boats - 28 units;
  • submarines - 1 unit;
  • automotive equipment and tank trucks - 21,572 (+72) units;
  • special equipment – 2,671 units.

As earlier reported, the State Border Service currently does not record an increase in the grouping of enemy troops near the border with Belarus or on the side of the Sumy Region.

The Chernihiv Region and Sumy Region suffer from daily enemy shelling, as does the Kharkiv Region.
