"In the Chernihiv Region, as a result of a UAV attack on substations, equipment was damaged and a fire broke out, which was later extinguished. In the Zhytomyr Region, as a result of a UAV attack on a substation, equipment and several overhead lines were disconnected, which led to the blackout of household and industrial consumers. All consumers have been restored," the message says.

According to the report, the equipment at the high-voltage substation was turned off due to technological malfunctions in the central region, and the equipment is currently operational.
