Overnight into Friday, July 26, the army of the aggressor country, russia, launched more than two dozen Shaheds and a ballistic missile over Ukraine. Air defense worked in four regions.
This was reported by the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykola Oleshchuk, in Telegram.
The occupiers hit the Donetsk Region with an Iskander-M ballistic missile that night. The launch was from the Rostov Oblast of russia.
In addition, the russians launched kamikaze drones over Ukraine from several directions: Cape Chauda (Crimea) and Kursk. The launches of 22 Shaheds were recorded.
Air defense forces shot down 20 drones. Air defense worked in the Kherson, Sumy, Zhytomyr and Chernihiv Regions. The enemy attack was repelled by mobile fire groups, anti-aircraft missile troops, and units of the Air Defense Forces.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, last day, July 25, the russian occupation forces attacked 15 settlements in the Kherson Region. There are killed and wounded.
