American billionaire Elon Musk said that he is not going to allocate USD 45 million to the election campaign of Donald Trump every month. At the same time, he admitted that he will still donate to the Republican candidate, but smaller amounts.
He told about this in an interview with Jordan Peterson.
According to Musk, he created America PAC (Political Action Committee). The purpose of this organization is to "advance the principles that have made America great." It is for it that Musk is going to allocate funds.
"I make some donations to America PAC, but at a much lower level, and the core values of the PAC are to support meritocracy and individual freedom. Republicans are mostly, but not entirely, on the side of merit and freedom," Musk wrote.
It will be recalled that the Wall Street Journal stated that Elon Musk is ready to give USD 45 million to the America PAC, from which Donald Trump's presidential campaign is financed.
