On Monday, July 22, 133 combat engagements took place at the front; the enemy attacked most on the Pokrovske (38 engagements) and Kramatorsk (28) Axes.
This follows from a statement by the General Staff of the AFU posted on its Facebook page, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
During the day of July 22, according to data as of 10 p.m., the enemy carried out three missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine, using three missiles and 71 airstrikes, dropping 84 anti-aircraft missiles.
In addition, the russians used 455 kamikaze drones and fired more than 3,000 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements.
During the past day, 133 combat clashes with the russian invaders were recorded.
So, on the Kharkiv Axis, the invaders unsuccessfully attacked seven times near Vovchansk and Hlyboke.
On the Kupiyansk Axis, the enemy carried out offensive assaults eight times in the districts of Berestove and Hlushkivka, of which six at 10 p.m. continued.
On the Lyman Axis, the russian invaders attacked ten times near Torske, Novoserhiyivka, Makiyivka, Terny, as well as Serebrianske Forest; 4 attacks at 10 p.m. were still going on.
On the Siversk Axis, six enemy attacks were repulsed in the areas of Verkhniokamiyanske, Vyimka, Spirne, Orikhiv-Vasylivka, and Pereyizne; one attack continued near Verkhniokamiyanske.
On the Kramatorsk Axis, the enemy carried out 28 offensive actions near Chasiv Yar, Bondarne, Minkivka, Vasiukivka, Hryhorivka, Kalynivka, Bila Hora, Andriyivka, and Klishchiyivka; seven more attacks continued.
On the Toretsk Axis, the russians attacked 15 times near Toretsk, Zalizne, Niu York, and Pivnichne; one skirmish continued.
On the Pokrovske Axis, the russians tried 38 times to break through the defenses near the settlements of Vozdvyzhenka, Novooleksandrivka, Novoselivka Persha, Ivanivka, Panteleimonivka, Niu York, Lozuvatka, Tymofiyivka, Prohres, Vovcha, Yasnobrodivka, and Umanske; nine attacks were still ongoing.
On the Kurakhove Axis, the enemy attacked 13 times near Krasnohorivka, Heorhiyivka, and Paraskoviyivka; three attacks were still ongoing.
On the Orikhiv Axis, the invaders carried out one unsuccessful offensive near Robotyne.
On the Dnipro Axis, all the efforts of the occupiers were also unsuccessful.
On other axes, the situation has not undergone significant changes.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 20, a total of 77 combat clashes took place at the front, 27 of them on the Pokrovske Axis.
