Latvia has sent a batch of over 500 drones to Ukraine.
The Minister of Defense of Latvia Andrius Sprūds announced this on X.
"A batch of over 500 drones is starting its journey to Ukraine," Sprūds wrote.

Recall, Latvia will hand over 2,500 drones to Ukraine in July. Drones of different types and different purposes were produced by seven Latvian companies. The total cost of the systems is about EUR 4 million.
Besides, the Czech Republic joined the coalition to provide Ukraine with drones, which is led by Latvia and the United Kingdom.
After the Czech Republic joined, the number of coalition participants increased to 16.
Besides, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Jan Lipavský said that thanks to the Czech initiative, 100,000 shells will be delivered to Ukraine in July and August.
