Defense Intelligence about attack on refinery in Tuapse in russia: capacity will significantly reduce after this incident

The representative of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Yevgeny Yerin, neither denied nor confirmed the information about the attack of Ukrainian intelligence drones on the oil refinery in the city of Tuapse, Krasnodar Krai of the russian federation. At the same time, he expressed confidence that the plant's capacity will be significantly reduced.

He announced this on the air of the telethon.

"At the moment, we will not officially deny or confirm this information. The only thing is that I can note that any military targets and dual-purpose objects that work to ensure an aggressive war against Ukraine are an absolutely legal target for of our Security and Defense Forces," he said.

At the same time, speaking about the plant itself, Yerin noted that he is confident that its capacity will be significantly reduced after that.

"I cannot say the current capacity figures at this time. I can only say that I have both hope and confidence that these capacities will be significantly reduced after this incident," he said.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, as a result of the operation of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the night of July 22, an oil refinery in the city of Tuapse, Krasnodar Krai of the russian federation was attacked.
