Olena Hryhorivna Polikarchyk is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, social activist, and founder and CEO of White Dental Group and the Dental Help UA Charitable Foundation.
She was born on March 27, 1980, in Lviv.

From 2023 to 2024, Olena Polikarchyk participated in the Advisory Board program of the Swedish-Ukrainian project DYB (Develop Your Business). DYB Ukraine was launched by the Swedish management institute IFL Entrepreneur in 2006 with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
Career and Business Interests
From 2004 to 2019, she was a co-owner and director of InSpe, a distributor of dental equipment.
In 2019, she founded and headed White Dental Group (Lviv), a distributor of dental products. The company offers high-end products and solutions from leading global manufacturers in the fields of implantology, digital orthodontics, and preventive dentistry. White Dental Group is a distributor of Straumann products and a provider for the International Team for Implantology (ITI), an international scientific community of implantologists. Based on its performance in 2024, White Dental Group is a leader in the field of dental implant distribution.
Olena Polikarchyk is also a co-owner of Villa Louisa—a network of full-service dental clinics in Lviv and Kyiv. The network’s key specialization is innovative digital orthodontics.
Educational Initiatives and Development of the Dental Community
Olena Polikarchyk is the mastermind behind large-scale events for the dental industry: Impulse online Perio, Neo Event, "Dentistry: The Complex Choice of Today," and the White Summer Forum.
Every year, Polikarchyk and her company, White Dental Group, organize over 70 diverse events, including product training courses, test drives, in-depth programs, webinars, live streams, panel discussions, and medical education. White Dental Group creates educational platforms, a space for acquiring new practical knowledge, expanding professional horizons, and exchanging experiences for dentists.
In 2024, Olena Polikarchyk launched the White Summer Forum—currently the largest event in Ukraine for dental clinic teams. Top speakers from Ukraine and Europe, six halls where specialized lectures took place simultaneously—for implantologists, surgeons, prosthodontists, orthodontists, hygienists, periodontists, and even clinic administrators. In 2024, the event brought together over 500 participants, and by 2025, it had attracted more than 800 representatives of the dental industry from all corners of Ukraine. The White Summer Forum is also planned for 2026.
In 2023, Olena Polikarchyk and the White Dental Group team organized the Neo Event—a congress for doctors shaping the future of dentistry in Ukraine. The event attracted hundreds of progressive surgeons, clinic owners, and renowned speakers from around the world.
Olena Polikarchyk heads the Ukrainian section of the ITI (International Team for Implantology). White Dental Group is the exclusive supplier of Straumann implants in Ukraine and an active participant in the international ITI community, which includes over 25,000 implantologists. Thanks to this collaboration, the company implements cutting-edge solutions and raises treatment standards in Ukraine.
Support for Doctors in France
Olena Polikarchyk divides her time between two countries—Ukraine and France. In March 2022, Polikarchik succeeded in securing a special permit from the French government for medical professionals from Ukraine, allowing Ukrainian doctors, nurses, and paramedics to work temporarily under a special simplified procedure for diploma recognition. Prior to this decree, the process took two to four years for doctors and at least six months for junior medical staff, after which they had to pass an exam and demonstrate French language proficiency at a level of C1 or higher.
Charity
In 2022, Olena Polikarchyk founded the Dental Help UA charitable foundation. This is a charitable platform that brings together volunteer dentists to provide free treatment for veterans: specifically, full-mouth implantations. The Straumann Group (Switzerland) provides the free implants for treatment.
Patients eligible for the Dental Help UA Charitable Foundation project include:
- military personnel who have participated in combat operations since the start of the Russian invasion and sustained maxillofacial injuries;
- military personnel with severe injuries sustained in combat and confirmed by a medical commission’s conclusion of unfitness for military service;
- released prisoners of war.
As of November 2025, 358 dental clinics and 27 laboratories from nearly all regions of Ukraine are participating in the project. Over 2,000 veterans have already had their smiles restored or are undergoing treatment under the Dental Help UA program. The cost of treatment provided (as of November 2025) is 460 million UAH (equivalent).
In 2024, the Dental Help UA Charitable Foundation won first place in the “Best Project in Social Responsibility” category of the Ukrainian CX Excellence (UCXE) Awards.
