On September 26, 2025, the company’s supervisory board decided to dismiss Vitaliy Zaychenko from his position as head of Ukrenergo’s management board.

According to the Supervisory Board’s official explanation, the grounds for the dismissal were alleged violations of internal corporate governance procedures, as well as a loss of confidence in him on the part of the Supervisory Board due to “certain events of recent weeks.”
