Lysenko Vyacheslav

Vyacheslav Lysenko (born October 12, 1970, Cherkasy) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, investor, mentor, and founder of several business initiatives. He works in the fields of international business communications, the development of entrepreneurial communities, and social projects. He lives and works in Kyiv.

Early Years

Lysenko's childhood and youth were marked by a strong dedication to sports. He trained in swimming for many years, and after suffering a serious injury in his teens, he managed to recover and transition to triathlon. He earned the title of Master of Sports of the USSR and became a champion of both Ukraine and the USSR.

After concluding his sports career in 1989, he worked as a swimming coach until 1992.

Education

He studied at the Sevastopol Higher Naval Engineering School and later earned a master's degree from Cherkasy Technological University in 1992. He subsequently completed an Executive MBA program at the International Institute of Management.

Professional Career: Early Business

At the beginning of his career, Lysenko served as CEO of a wholesale construction materials company and later became one of its owners.

International Trade and Logistics

In 2004, he founded Ukr-China Communication, a company that supports cooperation between Ukrainian entrepreneurs and business partners in Asia. He currently serves as the honorary president of the organization.

Since 2015, he has been a shareholder of Meest China, a company providing delivery services from Eastern marketplaces to Ukrainian consumers.

Consulting and Mentoring

The SLAVINVEST project, launched in 2018, focuses on providing consulting support to start-up entrepreneurs, particularly in crisis management and business process development.

Community Initiatives and Volunteer Projects

Since 2017, Lysenko has been a co-owner of CEO CLUB Ukraine and CEO CLUB London. He was also among the founders of several business clubs for young entrepreneurs, including Club-100.

He regularly supports sports organizations and children's tournaments. He took part in creating charitable initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic and participates in projects that assist the families of Ukraine's defenders through Soborna Ukraine.

Following the start of the full-scale war, he initiated the construction of an eco-industrial park in the Kyiv region aimed at creating jobs and supporting the local economy.

Lysenko also volunteers through the Lysenko Brothers Health and Protection Charitable Foundation, which provides assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He has received commendations from the Ministry of Defense, the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Special Operations Forces, the State Border Guard Service, the National Guard, and several military units.

In 2023, he became one of the founders of Collider, a development and trust-based space created as a platform for experience-sharing and personal growth.

Public Activity

He participates in industry events, forums, and conferences focused on entrepreneurship, logistics, and the development of business communities.

Public Controversy

In 2024, several media outlets published materials linking Lysenko to the organization of illegal gambling businesses. According to official information, he was not involved in the criminal proceedings, and his name did not appear in the investigation materials.

In response, Lysenko issued a public statement clarifying the situation and initiated legal action to protect his reputation. The courts partially upheld his claims, recognizing that the published information was false and damaging to his business reputation, while some claims were dismissed.

Following the court decisions, some media outlets expressed the opinion that the lawsuits represented pressure on freedom of the press. Lysenko stated that he had used lawful mechanisms available for protecting his reputation.

Political Views

He is not involved in political activity. For more than twenty-five years, he has focused professionally on the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
