The Kyiv Court of Appeal has arrested two land plots and a car that belong to Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Ihor Nasalik on a request of businessman / President of the Karpaty football club (FC, Lviv) Petro Dyminskyi.

The Ukrainian News learnt this from court's materials, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Previously Dyminkskyi lodged a lawsuit with the court to recover a debt worth USD 1.2 million plus interests of 3% per annum (UAH 2.7 million) under a loan agreement dated July 10.

On October 2, Dyminskyi's lawyer filed a claim requesting to arrest land plots of 0.12 and 0.037 hectares in Kyiv region and a Mercedes-Benz S500L 4MATIC car of 2015 production year as a provision remedy under the lawsuit.

On November 3, the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv dismissed the property arrest claim.

Dyminskyi appealed on the refusal.

The Appeal Court held with the arguments of the businessman's legal defense that claimed Nasalik could sell the land plots and the car making harder to collect the debt in the event of the court ruling in favor of Dyminskyi and allowed the arrest of two land plots and the Nasalyk's car.

The decision is final and binding.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on July 26, the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv arrested an apartment and a private house of Nasalik on a request of Dyminskyi.

Later the Kyiv Court of Appeal overruled the decision.
