On November 30, the Prosecutor General's Office released an agent of the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine (NACB) having notified him that he is suspected of a provocation and giving a bribe.
Larysa Sarhan, press secretary for Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko, announced this to Ukrainian News Agency.
According to her, the notice of suspicion was serviced to the agent of the NACB on November 30.
On giving the agent the notice of suspicion the Prosecutor General's Office let him go.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the NACB considers that detention of an NACB agent by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) was subversion and interference of the SBU in work of the Bureau.
On November 29, law enforcers detained an agent of the NACB on suspicion of giving a bribe of USD 15,000 to Dina Pimakhova, first deputy chairperson of the State Migration Service.
