A legal defense team of journalist Vasyl Muravytskyi charged with high treason considers lack of evidence in the prosecution's argument that anti-Ukrainian articles published in Russian mass media were truly written by Muravytskyi.
Muravytskyi's lawyer Andrii Hozhyi told this to the Ukrainian News Agency.
According to Hozhyi, Muravytskyi in his publications did not call for helping separatists in Eastern Ukraine - the accusations he is charged with by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the SBU accused Muravytskyi of publishing in Russian media a series of propagandistic articles instigating to committing crimes.
A legal defense of Muravytskyi denies all charges.
