Member of Parliament Boryslav Rozenblat (independent) says he has paid a bail of UAH 7 million but has refused to give his foreign passports.\r\nHe wrote this on his Facebook page, Ukrainian News Agency reports.\r\n"Today [July 24] at 9 a.m. the team of my lawyers applied to the Solomiyanskyi District Court of Kyiv with a request to explain how I can be obliged to give passports of another person. I repeat it is not my passport, it is the passport of another person! Prosecutors, in the rush for publicity, do not even read the garbage they give to the judge for signature. For some reason the court believes them without evidence. Whose documents have been considered if another person is mentioned there? I have executed all requirements of the ruling except for this one," he wrote.\r\nAccording to him, prosecutors began to correct misspellings in the documents at the court. He says this fact will be taken into consideration by the European Court of Human Rights.\r\nHe says he will complain against Volodymyr Kryvenko, deputy head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, for his disclosure of documents of the pre-trial investigation.\r\nAs Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, law enforcers have put an electronic bracelet on Member of Parliament Rozenblat.\r\nOn July 18, 2017, judge Svitlana Kushnir of the Solomiyanskyi District Court of Kyiv set the bail of UAH 7 million for MP Boryslav Rozenblat.\r\nThe court also ordered MP Rozenblat to wear an electronic tracking bracelet, surrender all his international passports, respond to summons from investigators, and inform the authorities if his place of residence changes.
