Deputy Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund from Ukraine / former deputy chairperson of the National Bank of Ukraine Vladyslav Rashkovan has declared UAH 2.087 million of income for 2016.
This is indicated by information in the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform Functions of the State or Local Self-Government, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Since April 2014, Rashkovan has been a member of the NBU board, and between November 2014 and August 2016 he was a deputy head of the NBU.
Since August 2016, he had worked in the SD Capital investment company, and since February 2017 he has been Ukraine's envoy to the IMF.
In 2016, his spouse Viktoriya Trotska earned UAH 524,400 in Ukrsotsbank.
Rashkovan owns two apartments (148.5 sq.m. in Kyiv and 60 sq.m. in Odesa) and a house with the area of 270.4 sq.m. in Odesa region.
His wife is a co-owner of an apartment in Odesa (64 sq.m.).
Rashkovan keeps UAH 109,600 with Raiffeisen Bank Aval, UAH 41,300 with Ukrsotsbank and UAH 5,800 with Oschadbank.
His wife declared USD 20,000 in cash.
In April 2016, Rashkovan took a loan in local currency from Ukrsotsbank and declared UAH 173,800 of last year payment on the principle amount of the loan and UAH 98,000 of loan interests.
His spouse holds a loan with Ukrsotsbank since 2011.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, in the period of 2014 - 2014, Rashkovan was a director of the center for organization and activity of Ukrsotsbank.
Since April 2014, he has headed the Department for Strategy and Reformation of Bank System of the NBU.
