The Naftogaz of Ukraine national joint stock company has lowered natural gas prices for April for industrial consumers and state-financed institutions by 9.8-10.3% or UAH 732-769 per thousand cubic meters over March to UAH 6,396-7,097 per thousand cubic meters depending on conditions of consumption and ways to pay.
Naftogaz has said this in its price schedule, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Gas price for industrial consumers using over 50,000 cubic meters of gas a month is set at UAH 6,396 per thousand cubic meters (if no debt is registered) and at UAH 7,097 per thousand cubic meters (payment after delivery).
In compliance with the Naftogaz's price schedule, there are three more categories of consumers: those consuming less than 50,000 cubic meters; those having their monthly consumed volumes unregulated, and those having their monthly consumed volumes unregulated and having no debts before the NJSC.
These three categories of consumers' April prices also decreased by 9.7% or UAH 769 per thousand cubic meters to UAH 7,097 per thousand cubic meters.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Naftogaz of Ukraine from November 1, 2015 adopted a pricing pattern differentiated by categories of consumers and conditions of supply (minimum monthly consumption and terms of payment) for natural gas the company sells to industrial consumers, state-financed and religious organizations.
