Constitutional Court Appoints Kryvenko As Acting Chairperson For March 16-17, Baulin From March 18

The Constitutional Court has appointed Viktor Kryvenko as the acting chairperson of the Court for the period of March 16-17 and Yurii Baulin from March 18.

Ukrainian New Agency has learnt this from a spokesperson for the department for Constitutional Court chairperson affairs Svitlana Papayani.

She said on March 18, Baulin's four-year authorities expired.

The date for election new Court's chairperson has not yet been set.

Kryvenko was appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court on November 13, 2015.

Earlier, he had been a judge of the Supreme Court.

Kryvenko was born on August 6, 1955.

He graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

In 2015, Kryvenko and his spouse declared joint 13 land plots, a shopping and leisure center and a hotel.

The judge owns seven land plots and his spouse six.

Besides the family has three garages, two apartments and two houses.

Kryvenko and his wife declared a Lexus lx570 (2008 production year), Mercedes-Benz S350 (2008), Mercedes-Benz C250 (2011), and commercial ZAZ-Lanos TF55Y022 (2012).

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 18, 2014, the Constitutional Court elected Baulin its chairperson.
