The Solomyanskyi District Court of Kyiv has issued an arrest warrant for the suspended Chairman of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov and set a bail of UAH 100 million.
Judge Oleksandr Bobrovnyk announced this, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
He granted partly the motion filed by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NACB) and the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and imposed a pre-trial restraint of 60-days' detention in custody till 11:50 p.m., April 30 with an alternative of release on UAH 100 million bail.
As Ukrainian News Agency reported, the NACB on March 2 apprehended Nasirov in the Feofaniya clinic in Kyiv.
He is accused of abuse of office leading to UAH 2 billion damage on the State.
