The Kyiv Solomianskyi District Court has refused to hold a medical examination of Roman Nasirov.
Judge Oleksandr Borovyk announced this, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Thus, the court rejected a motion from the defense of Roman Nasirov.
The court believes that the health conditions of Nasirov allow his participation in the court sitting.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 2, detectives of the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine and prosecutors of the Specialized Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office arrested Roman Nasirov.
Nasirov is suspected of power abuse and inflicting losses of UAH 2 billion on the State.
On March 3, 2017, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine suspended Nasirov as the head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
