The National Bank of Ukraine has determined the list of systemically important banks for 2017, which comprises PrivatBank, Oschadbank and Ukreximbank.
Press service of the central bank has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.
This follows from respective decision of the NBU Board No. 100-рш [-rsh] dated February 23.
The three banks also had the same status over 2016.
A systemically important bank is a financial institution, at which any improper operation may create risks for the financial system.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in December, the Government decided to analyze a systemically important bank, PrivatBank.
