The Kyiv city state administration intends to make an agreement with the capital city of South Korea Seoul to become sister-cities.
Hennadii Plis, first deputy head of the Kyiv city state administration, announced this to the press, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
He said his major goal during the visit to Seoul was to discuss the issue.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Kyiv city state administration has reached agreement with the City of Chicago (United States) on establishment of sister-city council within at the Kyiv municipal administration.
