Ukrainian News Agency learned this from a statement made by the Kremlin press service.
He points out the recent serious aggravation of the situation in south-eastern Ukraine. In his opinion, Ukrainian authorities are interested in a resolution of the conflict by force.
Putin thinks that Ukrainian authorities pursue an aim of thwarting the agreements reached in Minsk, Belarus on February 12, 2015.
He therefore called on the Federal Security Service of Russia to focus on fighting terrorism.
