Prosecutor General Lutsenko announced this at a press conference, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"The responsibility for war crimes. Our Ukrainian courts have convicted 41 people, including 28 citizens of the Russian Federation and 13 citizens [of Ukraine] who participated in the terrorist organizations 'Donetsk People's Republic' and 'Luhansk People's Republic'," he said.
