The Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine says militants have placed seven 122-mm self-propelled artillery vehicles on the territory of a kindergarten in Donetsk region and several infantry fighting vehicles on the territory of a maternity hospital in Luhansk region.
The Chief Intelligence Directorate said this in a statement on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The statement reads that the self-propelled artillery vehicles are on the territory of a kindergarten in Mokroelanchyk, Amvrossievskyi district, and the infantry fighting vehicles are the territory of a maternity hospital in Pivdenna Lomovatka.
According to the intelligence of the Defense Ministry, militants use the territory of a former chemical factory in Kuibyshevskyi District of Donetsk for shelling the positions of the forces of the antiterrorist operation.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on 8 February 2017, the intelligence of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine said the Russian command had stepped up the work on organization of provocations against the forces of the antiterrorist operation in Donetsk region.
