Chairman of the Donetsk regional civil-military administration Pavlo Zhebrivskyi says that there is no ceasefire in the area of Avdiivka, Donetsk Region as of 12:45.
He announced this via Twitter, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Authorities also removed four seriously ill patients and people with special needs to Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Region.
Later on Facebook Zhebrivskyi wrote that one local civilian had been wounded in Avdiivka.
Field kitchens and additional power generators keep coming in to Avdiivka.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Zhebrivskyi said that a tentative agreement was reached on a state of ceasefire in Avdiivka from 12:00 on Tuesday.
The anti-terrorist operation (ATO) headquarters says that several civilians were wounded after militants had shelled Avdiivka, Donetsk Region from Grad multiple launch rocket systems Tuesday.
The Donetsk regional civil-military administration has declared a state of emergency in Avdiivka, and set up an emergency response centre.
