Economy Ministry Reckons Ukraine To Rank In Top 50 On World Bank's Doing Business 2018 Index

The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade reckons that Ukraine will rank in the top 50 on the World Bank's Doing Business 2018 index.

First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Maksym Nefiodov announced this, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

This may be possible thanks to a bill, drafted to this end, he added.

The Ministry expects Ukraine to rank in the top 30 on Doing Business before 2020, Nefiodov said.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Ukraine rose from rank 83 to 80 among 190 countries in Doing Business 2017.

The World Bank publishes the ranking every year.

The Economy Ministry reckons that Ukraine will rank in the top 30 on the World Bank's Doing Business 2018 index.
