According to him, another 490 citizens are registered as missing.

Yurii Tandyt says nearly 3,100 citizens have been freed or found.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Russian President Vladimir Putin says the swap of prisoners of war in the format "all for all" is possible in case Ukraine pardons all convicted militants.
