Interpol will look into the issue of resuming the international search of former President Viktor Yanukovych between January 26 and 29.
Head of the Ukrainian Interpol Bureau Vasyl Nevolia said this during a conference, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The Interpol Commission for the Control of Files (CCF) will examine this issue at a sitting.
The CCF has been studying resuming the international search of Yanukovych for a long time because of his lawyers' active position on the matter.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Interpol on January 12, 2015 issued Red Notice for Yanukovych, former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and other former public officials.
But later Interpol suspended this decision over complaints lodged by the ex-officials' lawyers.
