The Ministry of Justice for a third time has refused to register the procedure of check of e-declarations and the procedure of monitoring the way of public officers' living, drawn by the National Corruption Prevention Agency (NCPA).
Deputy Minister of Justice Serhii Petukhov announced this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The previous versions of the order were not registered and the NCPA cancelled them at its sitting.
The NCPA again failed to implement the Ministry's comments.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Ministry of Justice accused the NCPA of ignoring the Ministry comments to the procedure of verification of the fact of submission of e-declarations and of monitoring the way of public officers' living.
The NCPA can start checking officials' e-declarations only after registration of the procedure.
