The Security Service of Ukraine notes absence of any authorities in member of the Ukrainian Parliament Nadiya Savchenko (non-affiliated) to hold negotiations with terrorists and publish lists of hostages. Head of the Antiterrorist Center of the SBU Hennadii Kuznetsov said at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security and Defense, Ukrainian News Agency reports. He noted that current legislation determines the circle of people having the right to hold negotiations with the terrorists. In the course of the Committee meeting member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc Ivan Vinnyk said that Savchenko's actions have features of treason and asked the SBU to open a criminal case against her. Kuznetsov said that relatives of the hostages had not given their applications on making personal data within Savchenko lists public. Savchenko said she has not violated the legislation and does not consider herself guilty of treason. As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on January 10, Savchenko published lists of hostages and of those being missing in the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
