Prosecutor Oleh Bahniuk said at the sitting that Yemelyanov examined some 300 cases after the announcement of the suspicion.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Prosecutor-General's Office (PGO) served former Chief of the Higher Economic Court Viktor Tatkov and former Deputy Chief of the Court Yemelyanov notices of suspicion of tampering with the automated system of distribution of cases.

October 27, 2016, a court ordered Yemelyanov a measure of restraint in the form of UAH 1.5 million bail and compelled him to surrender his foreign passport.
