The Cabinet of Ministers has permitted businesses to correct customs declarations.
The Government made this decision at a session on Wednesday, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
This resolution is destined to bind customs houses alter customs declarations if a customs house's decision has been revoked (by court order); to let businesses correct customs declarations since obtaining the (changed) rules of transfer pricing; and submit several additional declarations allowing importation of products in small portions.
This resolution was approved by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade without remarks and all remarks from the Ministry of Justice, the State Fiscal Service and state enterprises were taken into account.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Cabinet has proposed that the Verkhovna Rada introduces customs declarations that comply with the European Union declarations.
