Parubiy's Wage UAH 19,600 In December, Heraschenko's UAH 19,700, Syroyid's UAH 18,600

Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy's wage was UAH 19,600 in December 2016, First Deputy Speaker Iryna Heraschenko's UAH 19,700 and Deputy Speaker Oksana Syroyid's UAH 18,600.

The Rada's executive staff announced this in response to a Ukrainian News Agency's inquiry.

Parubiy's position salary was UAH 6,640; Heraschenko's UAH 6,474; and Syroyid's UAH 6,308.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, eight Member of Parliament on December 21, 2016 proposed that the Rada increases Speaker’s position salary to 20 minimum subsistence levels from January 1, 2017.
