The Cabinet of Ministers has ordered the Pension Fund to monitor adherence to labor remuneration rates in the public sector in connection with the increase of the minimum pay to UAH 3,200 from 2017.
Minister of Social Policy Andrii Reva said this at a telephone conference, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
He urged chairpersons of regional state administrations and of the Kyiv Municipal State Administration to observe the increase in the minimum pay: to prevent redundancies and cuts of working hours.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Kyiv Municipal State Administration will offset the UAH 4 billion load on the city budget to ensure public sector workers' minimum wages of UAH 3,200 from the Development Fund of the capital.
