The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade Preliminarily estimates growth of GDP in Q3 2016 at 2% higher than in Q3 2015.
First Vice Prime Minister / Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv said this at a press conference for presenting annual results, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"In Q1 2016 we had year-over-year growth of 0.1% and 1.4% in Q2," he said.
For 2017, the Economy Ministry projects GDP growth of 3%.
Agriculture demonstrated a 2.9% improvement in 11M 2016; and manufacturing output grew 3.7% in 11M, he added.
According to Kubiv, the inflation rate was 9.4% in 10M 2016.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman forecasts a 1.5% growth of gross domestic product in 2016.
