NAPC Finds No Conflict Of Interests In Lutsenko's Actions During Investigation Within Case Against Former Deputy Prosecutor General Kuzmin

The National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) has not found any conflict of interests in the actions of Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko during the investigation within a criminal case against former first deputy prosecutor general Rinat Kuzmin.

The NAPC told this to Ukrainian News Agency following an inquiry.

The NAPC says that Yurii Lutsenko has settled a potential conflict of interests by issuing a document that he does not act as the Prosecutor General regarding the investigation.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in June 2016, Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko conveyed the criminal proceedings against Kuzmin and Voichenko to the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
