The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is studying the issue of introduction a visa regime with the Russian Federation.
Mariana Betsa, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said this live on 112 Ukraine television channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"Anyway, technologically the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be ready to introduce this regime if a political decision is made by respective authorities," she said.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not rule out provocations from the side of the Russian Federation in case Ukraine introduces the visa regime.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine said the matters of the visa regime with Russia required a detailed analysis.
