The Constitutional Court has adjourned examination of the constitutionality of electronic declarations by civil servants' incomes.
Chief of the Court Yurii Baulin announced this, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
He stressed that the initiators of the petition, Members of Parliament Dmytro Shpenov, Yurii Miroshnychenko (Opposition Bloc) and others failed to appear at the sitting.
The President's envoy and Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau failed to appear too.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Constitutional Court planned to commence the examination of the constitutionality of e-declaration, specifically the norm of declaring incomes of civil servants' relatives.
