Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov intends to cut short his business trip in Canada after his meetings with Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, and Chrystia Freeland, Minister of International Trade.
Avakov told this to Ukrainian News Agency through Facebook.
"After the meetings with ministers Goodale and Freeland I will cut short my visit. I will cancel the other events and will return to Ukraine," he said.
Interior Minister Avakov did not say whether the business trip would be cut short on Monday.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said his business trip was scheduled for three days.
Five policemen were shot to death when firing at each other in Kniazhychi, Kyiv Region, on December 4.
