The Prosecutor-General’s Office (PGO) has delivered to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NACB) materials on a criminal infraction by Member of Parliament Tetiana Rychkova (Petro Poroshenko Bloc) for failure to submit the e-declaration.
Ukrainian News Agency learned this from a well-informed source.
The PGO discerns components of crime in her actions under article 366-1 of the Penal Code (False declaring).
They also delivered materials to the NACB concerning MP Oleksandr Onyschenko.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the PGO has conveyed to the National Corruption Prevention Agency (NCPA) materials on the administrative violation by MPs Oleh Liashko (Radical Party), Yevhen Murayev (non-affiliated), Vadym Rabinovych (Opposition Bloc) and Pavlo Kishkar (Petro Poroshenko Bloc) for their paid work on television.
