Militants shelled positions of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) forces 31 times on Tuesday, November 29.
The ATO headquarters' press service announced this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The enemy fired upon Avdiivka, Opytne and Kamenka, using 120-mm and 82-mm mortar launchers.
On Luhansk direction, the enemy used mortar launchers against Krymske, Balka Kosharna and Novozvanivka, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns against Stanytsia Luhanska.
On Mariupol direction, the enemy attacked Shyrokyne and Krasnohorivka with mortar launchers, Novohryhorivka, Vodiane and Talakivka with armored infantry fighting vehicles, Novotroitske with grenade launchers.
Shyrokyne was shelled by an armored fighting vehicle, while Mariinka and Novotroitske were under sniper's fire.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, five Ukrainian military men had been killed in the course of the anti-terrorist operation on November 28.
