Russian Court Recognizes Ukrainian Presidential Envoy Jemilev's Son Haiser Citizen Of Ukraine

The Astrakhan regional court in Russia has recognized Haiser Jemilev, the son of Parliamentary Deputy Mustafa Jemilev of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction, who is the Ukrainian presidential envoy on Crimean Tatar affairs, a citizen of Ukraine.

Haiser Jemilev's lawyer Nikolai Polozov announced this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Polozov says he intends to meet with Haiser Jemilev in a penal colony.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, lawyers for Haiser Jemilev, the son of Parliamentary Deputy Mustafa Jemilev of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction, who is the Ukrainian presidential envoy on Crimean Tatar affairs, expected him to be released from a prison in Russia on November 25.
