The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine intends to allow foreign investors to obtain residence permit in Ukraine. A total of 235 deputies backed respective bill No. 4541, when 226 votes enough to pass the decision, the Ukrainian News Agency reports. In compliance with an explanatory note, the bill allows foreigners-stockholders and owners of major stockholding in economic entities in Ukraine to obtain residence permit in the country. As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in May, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine cancelled obligatory state registration of foreign investments. |
